Minda Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2016. In this connection, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors / Officers/ designated employees of the company from February 01, 2017 and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on February 13, 2017.
