Aayush Food and Herbs Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 10, 2017, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016. Further as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/Officers/ Designated Employees of the Company from January 31, 2017 till the completion of 48 hours after the results of Board Meeting as referred above are made public for the purpose of consideration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.
