Sanrhea Technical Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 14, 2017, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record: - The Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2016. Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors / officers / designated employees of the Company from February 01, 2017 to February 16, 2017 (both days inclusive).
