Ladderup Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 10, 2017, inter alia, to consider the following business: - To approve and adopt Standalone and Consolidated Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016. Further, pursuant to Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed for Directors, Officers and designated employees of the Company from February 06, 2017 to February 11, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of declaration of Standalone and Consolidated Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016.
