GPT Infraprojects Ltd has informed BSE that a Board Meeting of the Company will be held on February 09, 2017, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the 3rd quarter ended on December 31, 2016. Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from February 03, 2017 to February 11, 2017 (both days inclusive) for all directors / officers / designated employees of the Company for the aforesaid purpose.
