In terms of the Companys Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information and Prevention of Insider Trading and pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for trading in securities of the Company by the designated employees) /connected person(s) of the Company, shall remain closed from February 04, 2017 to February 16, 2017 (both days inclusive).
