Hind Rectifiers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 10, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016. In this connection, as per the Companys Code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is remain closed for all the insiders covered under the code from February 03, 2017 to February 12, 2017 (both days inclusive).
