Shivalik Rasayan Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 10, 2017, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ending on December 31, 2016. Further, as per the Companys Code of conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and corporate disclosure practices adopted pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Companys Directors/Officers and designated employees of the Company from February 01, 2017 to February 12, 2017 (both inclusive).
