Hilton Metal Forging Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 07, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve, the following: - Unaudited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016 along with the Limited Review Report for the said period. Further, the trading in equity shares of the Company during the period of Closure of Trading Window is prohibited for all the designated employees concerned persons (including Directors) on account of Board meeting of the Company which is scheduled to be held on February 07, 2017 to consider, approve, adopt and take on record, Un-audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2016 along with Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditor of the Company. The trading window shall remain closed from February 02, 2017 to February 10, 2017 (both days inclusive).
