Triveni Engineering & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 09, 2017, inter alia, to consider and take on record Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 3rd quarter/nine months (Q3/9M FY17) ended December 31, 2016. Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed with immediate effect from January 31, 2017 and will reopen on February 13, 2017.
