AVI Photochem Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 10, 2017, inter alia, to consider the following businesses: - To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016 of the Company. Further, as per Companys Code of Conduct to regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Insiders of the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company will be closed for all the Directors/ Officers/ and Designated Employee of the Company from has been closed from January 31, 2017 till the end of 48 hours after the results are made public on February 10, 2017.
