Kisan Mouldings Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 09, 2017, inter alia, to transact amongst other matters, to approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016. Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading in shares of "Kisan Mouldings Limited" (KML), the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed for all Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company from February 01, 2017 to February 09, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2017. The Trading Window shall be opened 24 hours after the information referred to above is made public.
