Mid India Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 13, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited financial Statements of the Company for the 3rd Quarter ended December 31, 2016. Further, in Pursuant to SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Companys code of conduct the window for trading in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from January 31, 2017 to February 15, 2017 (both days inclusive) in view of the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 13, 2017 to consider and approve, among others, un-audited financial statement for the 3rd quarter ended December 31, 2016.
