Coventry Coil-O-Matic Haryana Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company would meet on February 11, 2017, to consider Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 3rd Quarter ended December 31, 2016, and other matters. Further, the "Trading Window" of the Company shall remain closed from February 09, 2017 to February 13, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the directors/ designated employees/ Auditor/law firms, etc. of the Company.
