Link Pharma Chem Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company schedule to be held on February 09, 2017, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016. Further in accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in Companys shares will remain closed for all designated employees including Directors of the Company from February 02, 2017 to February 11, 2017 (both days inclusive).
