Milkfood Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on February 14, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Nine months ended December 31, 2016. Further, in compliance with the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders’ formed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed, in connection with the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Nine months ended December 31, 2016, from February 08, 2017 to February 15, 2017 (both days inclusive) for Directors, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives.
