Anjani Foods Ltd has informed BSE that a Board Meeting is scheduled on February 10, 2017, inter alia, to consider the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the trading window of the company shall remain closed for all the directors and designated employees from February 01, 2017 to February 10, 2017 (both days inclusive).
