Sujana Metal Products Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be Scheduled to be held on February 13, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016 along with Limited Review Report and any other business as may be permitted by the Chairman. Further, pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (Code), the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company from February 01, 2017 to February 15, 2017 (both days inclusive).
