Sandu Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 14, 2017, to approve Unaudited Financials of the Company for the Quarter Ended December 31, 2016. In Compliance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading devised as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, amended till date, Company further inform that the trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall be closed for the Company’s Directors/Officer and designated employees of the Company from the opening of Trading hours on February 04, 2017 till 48 hours after announcement of financial results to public in compliances with the code of conduct for prevention of Insider.
