Landmarc Leisure Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Director of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 10, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016. Further, in terms of the Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading as framed by the Company under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from February 01, 2017 to February 13, 2017 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, all the insiders (including Director, Key Managerial Personnel and designated employees) and their immediate relatives and other who have come in to the receipt of any insider information as to agenda of the meeting (either accidentally or otherwise) are hereby advised and directed not to deal in shares of the Company during the period of closure of Trading Window as stated above.
