Rishi Techtex Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 10, 2017, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for Directors, KMPs and Designated Employees and their immediate relatives and connected persons from February 01, 2017 to February 12, 2017.
