Marg Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 3, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results for the First Quarter ended 30th June, 2017. In view of the above, the Trading Window in terms of Insider Trading Regulations shall remain closed from July 28,2017 till 48 hours after communication of declaration of un-audited financial results to the Stock Exchange.
