Astec Lifesciences Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 25, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial results for the Quarter and Nine Months period ended December 31, 2016 (subject to limited review by the Statutory Auditors of the Company), after these results are reviewed by the Audit Committee.
