This is to inform you that pursuant to the Regulation 29 read with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, the meeting of the Board of Directors of M/s Shri Gang Industries and Allied Products Limited is scheduled to be held on Wednesday May 30, 2018 at 4:30 P.M at F-32/3, Second Floor, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-II, New Delhi- 110020 to consider and approve Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2017 and to consider other agenda items. As per the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed for the Designated Persons of the Company from May 21, 2018 to June 01, 2018(both days inclusive). Accordingly, designated persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period of closure of trading window.
