Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, kindly note that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, December 14, 2017 at 5.00 p.m., to inter alia consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and six-months ended September 30, 2017 for the Financial Year 2017-18.(Unaudited Financial Results). Further, pursuant to SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of the Code of Conduct for Trading in listed or proposed to be listed securities of the Company, please note that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company for all Connected Persons and/or Designated Persons has been closed from Tuesday, December 5, 2017 until 48 hours after the publication of the Unaudited Financial Results and the same has been communicated to all the Connected Persons and/or Designated Persons.
