This to inform the Exchange that the Board Meeting of the Bank will be held on Monday, the 08th May, 2017 at Bengaluru, inter-alia , to approve the Audited Financial Results of the Bank for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March 2017 and also to recommend consideration of Dividend for the year 2016-17, if any, subject to the approval of Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Bank.
