Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 24th May, 2018 inter alia to consider and approve the Audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2018. In terms of the Code of Insider Trading Regulations of the Company, it is hereby communicated that the trading window for dealing in the Companys securities by the Insiders of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday 15th May, 2018 and would open 48 hours after announcement of financial results to the public.
