Board Meeting On August 10, 2017 To Approve The Quarterly Standalone Unaudited Financial Results.

We would like to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday the 10th August 2017 at the Registered Office of the Company at SWELECT House, No.5, Sir P.S. Sivasamy Salai, Mylapore, Chennai - 600 004 at 10.30 A.M, to consider and approve the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the three months ended 30th June 2017.

Further, as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the "Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders" framed by the Company, the "Trading Window" for trading in the securities of the Company by any "Insider" covered under the said Code shall be closed from August 1, 2017 to August 12, 2017 (both days inclusive).
