We wish to inform you, that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Aryaman Financial Services Limited is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at Corporate Office of the Company at 60, Khatau Building, Ground Floor, Alkesh Dinesh Modi Marg, Opp. P. J. Tower (BSE Bldg.), Fort, Mumbai - 400 001, inter-alia to discuss and approve, among other items, the audited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) for year ended March 31, 2018. Further, in terms of the Code of Conduct of Company adopted under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from May 23, 2018 to June 01, 2018 (both days inclusive).
