A Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on Thursday, the May 10, 2018 inter alia, for approving the Standalone/ Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2018 and recommendation of dividend for the year 2017-18, if any. In terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealings in securities of the Bank will remain closed from May 03, 2018 to May 12, 2018 (both days inclusive) for Directors / Designated Persons of the Bank. The Trading Window will open on May 14, 2018.
