With reference to the earlier latter dated January 23, 2017, regarding "Board Meeting Intimation for Results & Closure of Trading Window", Sharp India Ltd has now informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which was scheduled to be held on February 06, 2017, has been rescheduled and now the same will be held on February 08, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of our Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ended on December 31, 2016.
