This has reference to Regulations 29 read with Regulation 47 listing Regulations clause, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, the 5th February 2018 for consideration of un- audited financial results as per IndAS format for the third quarter ended 31st December 2017. The same will also be made available on the Companys website i.e www.igarashimotors.com.
