Pursuant to regulation 29(1) & (2) of the Listing Regulations, it is hereby notified that a Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled on Tuesday, 30th January 2018, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December 2017. It is further notified that the Board may also consider declaration of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2017-18 at the said Board Meeting. It is further notified that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of IndianOil would remain closed from 18th January 2018 to 1st February 2018 for all Connected Persons as per Insider Trading Code of the Company. The Insider Trading Code is hosted on Companys website www.iocl.com.
