Jindal Saw Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 12, 2011, inter alia, to consider the following; 1. To approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2011. 2. To recommend the payment of dividend to the shareholders for the above year. 3. To fix the date of next annual general meeting as well as book closure; and 4. To consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2011 (Q1).
