Info Edge (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2018, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter & year ended March 31, 2018. Further, the Board of Directors of the Company will also consider the recommendation of Final Dividend, for the financial year 2017-18 in its meeting scheduled on May 30, 2018 as aforesaid. As already intimated vide the communication dated March 30,2018, in terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the “Trading Window” for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from April 01, 2018 to June 01, 2018 (both days inclusive) and shall re-open from the start of business hours on June 04, 2018 (June 2 & 3, 2018 being Stock Exchanges trading holidays).
