To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2017; 2. To recommend dividend, if any, for the year ended December 31, 2017. The trading window has been closed from December 21, 2017 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2017 are made public on February 06, 2018.
