GE T&D India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 24, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the financial year ended on March 31, 2017 (Audited) and for the quarter ended on that date; and to consider recommendation of dividend, if any. Further, in terms of the provisions of "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders", the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed now onwards up to May 28, 2017.
