Sub: Board Meeting for the Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended March 31, 2018 Ref: Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, May 14, 2018 at Honeywell Automation India Limited, 56 & 57, Hadapsar Industrial Estate, Pune 411 013, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2018. At the said Board Meeting, the Board of Directors will also consider recommendation of dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2018. Please be informed that the trading window has been closed from April 1, 2018 and shall remain closed until May 16, 2018 (both days inclusive). Please take the same on record.
