BEML Ltd has informed BSE that a Board Meeting of the Company will be held on May 25, 2018 inter-alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2018 and also to consider and recommend dividend on equity shares, if any, for the year 2017-18. Further, as per BEML Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the trading window will remain closed from May 15, 2018 to May 27, 2018.
