South Indian Bank Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on May 14, 2018 inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the audited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2018 and to recommend dividend, if any. Further, Pursuant to Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Para 7 of the Code of Conduct for insider trading approved by the Board, the "Trading Window" of the Banks shares has to be inter-alia closed from May 07, 2018 to May 16, 2018 (both days inclusive) in connection with the Board Meeting of the Bank to be held on May 14, 2018 to inter-alia consider and take on record the audited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2018 and to recommend dividend, if any. During this period, no trading shall be made in the Banks shares by the Directors and designated employees of the Bank as defined in the "Code of Conduct".
