Monsanto India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 15, 2018, inter alia, to consider, the following matters: 1. to take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company under IND-AS for the year ended March 31, 2018. 2. to consider and recommend the payment of dividend, if any. In this connection, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed for all Directors/Officer/Designated Employees of the Company.
