Praj Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 16, 2018, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2018 and to consider and recommend dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2018, if any, on equity shares. Further, the trading window for dealing in the Companys Shares by the Directors and designated persons of the Company will remain closed from May 09, 2018 till May 18, 2018, in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
