Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Corporation is scheduled to be held on May 17, 2018, inter alia, to: 1. Consider and approve the Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Corporation for the quarter and Financial year ended March 31, 2018. 2. Consider and approve the Audited and Consolidated Financial Results of the Corporation for the Financial year ended March 31, 2018 and 3. Consider and recommend dividend, if any, on Equity Shares for the Financial year ended March 31, 2018. Further, as per the Corporations Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window has been closed for Directors/ Designated Persons from April 26, 2018 to May 19, 2018 (both days inclusive).
