Strides Shasun Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 18, 2018, inter alia, to consider the audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter/ year ended March 31, 2018 and recommendation of dividend, if any, amongst other matters. Further, as per the provisions of the Companys Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, trading window for designated employees of the Company is closed from May 03, 2018 to May 22, 2018 (both days inclusive).
