Sobha Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on May 19, 2018, to consider and approve, inter-alia, the following items: 1. To consider and approve the Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2018. 2. To consider and approve the Audited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2018. 3. To recommend dividend if any, on the equity shares of the Company. Further, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from May 10, 2018 to May 21, 2018 (both days inclusive).
