Petronet LNG Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled on May 21, 2018, inter alia, to consider and approve Audited Financial Results and declaration of dividend for the year ended March 31, 2018. Further, trading window shall remain closed w.e.f. May 15, 2018 to May 23, 2018 both days inclusive. During the closure of Trading Window, Employees and Connected Persons have been advised not to deal in the shares of Petronet LNG Limited.
