Finolex Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled on May 23, 2018, inter alia, to : 1. Consider and approve, the Audited Financial Results (both Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2018 alongwith related segment-wise financial results; and 2. Consider and Recommend Dividend, if any, for the financial year 2017-18. Further, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from May 10, 2018 to May 25, 2018 (both days inclusive).
