United Breweries Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 24, 2018, inter alia: 1. To consider the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018; 2. To recommend a dividend on equity shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2018. As per Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading adopted by the Company in terms of SEBI Regulations, the trading window shall remain closed for the Companys Directors and designated employees from May 14, 2018 to May 26, 2018.
