Hindustan Copper Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2018, inter alia, to consider and approve accounts and financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2018 and recommendation for payment of dividend for 2017-18. The Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company which was earlier closed from May 08, 2018 to May 27, 2018 for the above purpose, shall now remain closed up to June 01, 2018 for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives under the Companys Code of Fair Disclosure and Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report Trading by Insiders.
