Hindustan Unilever Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors will be held on May 14, 2018, inter alia, to consider the audited financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2018 and to recommend final dividend, if any, on equity shares for the said period. Further, pursuant to clause 3(I) of Share Dealing Code of the Company, Trading Window to deal in Company shares has been closed for Special Employees from April 01, 2018 to May 16, 2018 (both days inclusive).
